Choas Bound by Sarah Castille

Chaos Bound (Sinner's Tribe Motorcycle Club, #4)

It is no secret I am Sarah Castille’s bitch. I admit it. So what! So needless to say, I loved her newest installment in the Sinner’s Tribe series.

Holt, a.k.a. T-Rex, assumed dead and being held by a rival motorcycle gang escapes with the help of a spunky girl named Naiya. This book focuses on Holt’s feelings of abandonment, need for revenge, and his feelings for Nayia.

What I liked most was Holt’s metamorphosis after his abduction and torture. He doesn’t walk away from his captors just hunky dory fine. He struggles with feelings of abandonment and disappointment in his club brothers. He often wonders why no one bothered to look for him. Unbeknownst to him, his brothers assume him dead. Well….you know what that way about assuming. You make an ass out of yourself. All but one of the club has moved on, and that one is Holt’s best friend Tank. Tank never gives up his search for Holt.

I won’t go into too much more detail but the friendship of Holt and Tank is a grounding and unifying force for both men. I loved seeing their friendship play out.

As usual with Castille’s Sinner’s Tribe books, there is violence but this is not a dark and gritty read. Which is a good thing in my opinion! After all, there is only so much female abuse and subjugation a girl can handle. It is very refreshing to read about a heroine that can think for herself (hint, hint, Naiya) and take up for others.

I definitely recommend this book with one stipulation……you must read the previous book in the series. Otherwise, you will not fully understand the story line and will be left unsatisfied. Happy reading!!!
